Role Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of facilities services contracts, coordinating flow of information from internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining a national contracts database 
• Assisting Procurement Managers with executing category management plans 
• High volume of project work and managing supplier relationships
• Checking of ordering and invoice data against contracts
• Tracking key KPI’s to assist in Supplier Relationship Management 
• Developing policy and procedure documents 

Selection Criteria:

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with experience in in Facilities Maintenance and/or Retail Operations being highly desirable
• Advanced Excel skill set desirable
• Strong reporting and data management experience
• Demonstrated ability to assist in managing projects to a high quality and on time
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated experience in exercising attention to detail and accuracy
• Possess a results and solutions orientated mindset
