The Procurement Coordinator is a 12 month fixed term contract, and is a key supportive role within the Harrods Interiors team. The purpose of the role is to ensure that Harrods Interiors projects run smoothly and efficiently in terms of payment, procurement, delivery and installation.

About You
You will need strong project administration and numeracy skills, as you will be working with designers to create financially accurate project estimates for clients, and you will ensure the estimate is kept fully updated on the Harrods Interiors bespoke database procurement system as the project develops. You should be able to demonstrate a high degree of time management skill and constantly seeks to streamline processes and procedures to increase quality and efficiency.
Computer literacy skills would be key for this role, including Microsoft Office tools, and preferably SAP as you will be raising sales orders and purchase orders on SAP, following up on all orders and deliveries and ensuring project trackers are kept updated. We are looking for a committed and highly professional individual, willing to take ownership of problems and provide workable solutions.
