As a leader you’ll be expected to manage, curate & coach a diverse team of software engineers. You are charged with understanding product direction and priorities, then add your own leadership to create clarity, generate energy and deliver results with your team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional software development experience.
• 2+ years’ experience leading a team with direct management responsibilities of 4-8 software developers.
• Strong desire to curate a diverse and inclusive team and foster a culture that reflects Xbox & Microsoft values.
• Domain background in Cloud services and microservice architecture.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Highly valued

• Track record of making significant improvements to team culture and inclusivity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a data-driven CI/CD development process.
• Experience leading cloud-based web services development teams.
• Experience with container technologies and Kubernetes.
