Qualifications

A successful candidate should have:

• Strong passion and proven experience delivering highly quality services and product thinking.
• 10+years of experience designing, implementing and shipping products. 
• Experience in building and managing inclusive high performance teams.
• Ability to generate clarity in ambiguous situations 
• Exceptional problem solving, coding & debugging skills
• Passion for and ability to quickly understand emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for agile development philosophies.
