You'll have the following responsibilities

• Functions as an individual contributor and subject matter expert to deliver SAP Payroll/ SuccessFactors support.

• Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.

• Gathers and analyses clients’ Payroll business requirements and objectives.

• Designs, configures, and provides support oversight of SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll solution.

• Delivers legal and tax advisory services to customer.

• Delivers payroll functionality specifications for the technical team to build interfaces.

• Interacts with Software Specific Partner Resources in addition to payroll vendors, client contacts and internal teams.

• Manages and plans delivery of support ticket to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Mentors junior consultants by coaching and/or training to them on new systems, enhancements, and project deliverables; providing quality review of work.

• Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications, including continuous learning of new lines of HR business and SuccessFactors’ products/technologies.

• Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology or Business, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• 10+ years or more of related industry experience with country specific payroll background.

• Experience completing multiple payroll implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience participating in software implementation projects.

• 5 years or more of SuccessFactors/SAP Payroll experience including complex tax configuration and reporting.

• Country-specific Payroll Association certification or equivalent expertise.

• Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules

• Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources, Time Tracking and Evaluation systems

• Previous product specific training

• Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.

• SAP Payroll & Time or SuccessFactors Payroll, or equivalent project experience.

• Advanced capacity to write complex Payroll Schema and Rules.

• Deep knowledge of the EC to Payroll Integration

• Good knowledge of the Payroll Control Center.

• Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.

• Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
