We are seeking an engineering manager who wants to advance attack simulation technologies at cloud scale. In this role, you will lead a team focused on:

• Working in a highly collaborative team focused on executing and automating real-world attacks to protect the Azure platform. You will grow your cloud security knowledge from a truly unique, offensive security, experiences.
• Build and innovate in next generation technologies in information security – you’ll build Active Attack Simulation & Passive Attack Analysis tooling that will influence security decisions for all customers of the Azure platform.
• Enable customers to passively analyze and actively simulate attack techniques in their environments, realistically probing defense in depth and generating true positive signal to assess and exercise detection and response capabilities.
• Incorporate bleeding-edge TTPs and insights from Red Team breach operations and newsworthy security incidents.
• Integrate seamlessly with Azure security offerings to provide an easy management and remediation experience.

Qualifications

• 7 years of software development experience in security-related software
• BS, MS or equivalent experience
• Prior people management and leadership experience

• Passion for managing and developing people, helping them learn new skills, and reaching their potential.
• Firm sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle with solid project management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule and deliver high quality software.
• Proven ability with C#, Python, and cloud engineering
• Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows
• Red Team/Penetration Testing Expertise
