Responsibilities:
- Line Management - opportunities
- D-phase - CSRS compliance & Wpn Sys Certification.
- F-35 Integration
- IRS development, Compliance against Defence Standards, IRS DVP / Compliance matrix, interface development, Emulator development, Wpn Sys CofD. test asset development,
- Emerging tasks
- Operational 3 pack development - Functional development and creation of generic ICDs
- Typhoon integration - a likely future activity
- Support to the SPEAR EW development
- Management of functional growth options - e.g. anti ship
What we're looking for
The role needs a competent requirements person who is able to take a broad systems approach and interact well across all of the domains. Most documents are mature, however there are a lot of changes and technical issues that need managing.
- Experience in requirements management, publishing requirements specifications and collating compliance evidence.
- Experience in using IBM DOORS software
- Ability to communicate and present technical topics across a diverse team and with the Customer community.
