Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an Accounting Analyst. The Accounting Analyst will help evaluate this organization\'s income and spending by working closely with the accounting and finance departments. The Accounting Analyst will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, as this is a highly collaborative role.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and disseminate financial reports
- Preparation and review of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Review and collect complex financial data
- Ensure accuracy of month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close cycles
- Extract, manipulate and organize data based on management requests

Requirements

- BS in accounting or finance
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role
- Experience working in Excel and other large ERPs
