We are currently seeking a few Practicum Placement Coordinators to support our training doctors on .6 or .8 FTE. Other arrangements could be considered.
We pride ourselves on our ability to prepare our future physicians in the medical, clinical and research skills for pursuing a vocation in any field of medicine. A key component of their journey is learning through placements in hospital and community environments, with rotating study in several disciplines.
This customer centric position supports the placements of students in GP clinics around the North Island. You will work with the students to understand their needs and look to facilitate placements in clinics which are suited to them.

You will be working alongside two other Practicum Placement Coordinators who are helpful and eager to share their knowledge and help each other to succeed. This is a collaborative space where you will be supported by your colleagues.
