The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice

Hours:

Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, occasional late nights and Saturdays as and when required

About You

Our ideal candidate will have experience in successfully leading, mentoring and developing small teams, to meet and exceed targets. You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.
