Minimum qualifications:

• Experience managing development of technical solutions and/or GTM strategy and execution within the infrastructure and cloud domains.
• Customer-facing experience in the enterprise space and translating customer needs into solutions.
• Experience with security related matters relating to enterprise architectures.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading and managing a team amidst ambiguity in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment.
• Experience in strategy and business development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and bring in ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.

As the Security Solutions Practice Lead for the EMEA region, you'll build, lead, and develop a team of sales specialists and go to market specialists, bringing your experience and thought leadership to help create a vision and set a go to market strategy for EMEA. You will develop and incubate new solution initiatives and provide input on the materials to support them with a broad cross-functional group of stakeholders to define a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for security solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase thought leadership by identifying industry trends in cloud computing as well as customer and customer engineering feedback to recommend, plan for, and address core market opportunities with new security solutions. You'll ensure technical and commercial readiness of these solutions, including assets to enable the Go-to-Market teams, and provide field feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to help shape product direction. Finally, you will set goals and measurements for solutions adoption, and recommend ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and inspire a team of enterprise solutions specialists.
• Create an integrated EMEA Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Security Solutions and the Commercialization at Google Cloud.
• Oversee incubation, launch, and scale out across the complete portfolio of Security solutions. Drive and support sales execution across the complete portfolio of Security solutions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional leadership to ensure solutions alignment with engineering, product priorities, and GTM priorities. Accelerate solutions learning and adoption by streamlining processes, identifying and simplifying execution, managing objectives, and creating sales assets.
• Travel up to 30% to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.
