The Role

• Fast-track career development - you will be on a fast track to managing over $100k in monthly ad spend.
• Full marketing team of experienced media buyers, copywriters, video editors, designers and developers for you to learn from and leverage.
• You will assist the PPC team and learn under an experienced senior PPC manager’s training and supervision.

Essential Skills

• Excellent numerical ability and an obsession with data - you routinely love to dig into data, spreadsheets and pull it all together to figure out the opportunities to scale and increase margin.
• Self-sufficient - you need to be eager and able to learn things on your own
• You need to be able to demonstrate a strong ability to organise, prioritise and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with at least one PPC advertising platform.Interest and passion in following advertising and media buying trends 
• Logical thinker with the creativity to get our ads and funnels to convert - we have a great copy and video team but eventually you will need to learn the ropes of iterating your way to success by suggesting ad, copy and funnel tweaks.
• Ambition to really push the numbers and your career forward in an aggressive startup culture.
• Minimum B grade in Maths at GCSE or A level.
• Engineering or maths degree highly beneficial though not essential
