Role responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 support for suite applications using Service NOW ticketing system
- Coordinate and actively partake in release management activities including UAT testing
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve application support issues
- Support business users with technical maintenance and troubleshooting of SharePoint and Power Platform applications as required
- Partner with ALDI’s business users to gather requirements
- Streamline processes to ensure efficient and effective application implementation
- Collaborate with international counterparts to deliver solutions
- Resolve technical issues and provide recommendations accordingly
- Train users on existing and new features that are introduced with application updates
- Assist and coordinate various projects to deliver an enhanced user experience
Selection criteria:
- Demonstrated development experience with the Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Model App Solutions, Canvas Apps and Dataverse).
- Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365 and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Proven experience migrating SharePoint sites to the cloud
- Previous experience in project management and/or project coordination
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt particularly in high stress situations
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- High level of professionalism and dedication
- Ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously
