Job Title: Porter
Pay: £9.50 per hour

Hours: 8:00-17:00

Location - Manchester

Main Duties include:

• Internal Post collection, distribution, Franking.
• Transportation of various items within the building.
• Setting up and clearing meeting rooms, Training Rooms and flexible Courtrooms
• Furniture moves around the building
• Opening up building.
• Assisting users with equipment set up in courtrooms, meeting rooms and Training room.
• Clearing snow/ice.
• General cleaning before 1030hrs and on Saturdays.
• Emptying confidential waste. Replenishing paper cup supplies.
• Compact waste.
• Ensure relevant KPI's relating to Mail & Portering are complied with.
• Any other duties required by either the facilities coordinator or the Contract Manager relevant to the post.
