As a Poling operative, you will be working with the latest technologies in Poling equipment to complete the removal and installation of telegraph poles, you will dress the new poles and replace/renew drop wire, whist experiencing the amazing views from the top of the pole.  This is an exciting time to join the Openreach Network Build Engineering team, with excellent opportunities for career progression.

Full training will be given during a 13 week mentoring program

Starting wage is circa £30,000 for a 37.5 hour week with overtime available. There are excellent career progression prospects.
