Working in a large team you will be responsible for developing and distributing policy information across this significant organisation Duties for this role will involve: Partnering with a range of stakeholders and impact decisions. 

Compose clear answers to policy queries and ensure communication is tailored to the needs of the audience. 

Assist with implementation of policy changes. Design and draft guidance and impact assessments ensuring they are inline with the organisations best practice. Carry out independent research and identify evidence which is reliable to enable the creation of new policies. Assist management with analysis on any financial or regulatory issues. This Policy Associate role will be based officially at the organisations head office in Brighton however there is no expectation to attend the office on a regular basis. This position can be offered as a developmental role if candidates applying do not have experience in policies already. 

The successful candidate will have: Previously worked in a policy or regulatory focused role or have a knowledge of pensions. Fantastic communication skills.
