Job Description

We are currently looking for an Operations Supervisor to work from Brisbane Airport in our express parcel’s division,

Supervising a team of around 40 staff per night, your team consists of forklift drivers, dockhands, sorters and loaders who are responsible for

• Sorting and loading containers for aircraft
• Gathering and reporting on the weight of the containers
• And other adhoc duties,

You will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing and team leadership

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has Transport and people management experience,

You will need –

• To be safety obsessed
• Confidence – you will ask for help when you need it
• Experience with reporting and managing staffing requirements
• Geographical knowledge of the area and wider NSW
• An agile mindset, you can drive change
• To be career focused and enjoy learning
