Duties:

• Provide support to the technical team with day to day maintenance support
• Fire door maintenance experience
• Maintaining upkeep of plant rooms
• General maintenance
• Painting and decorating
• Reporting defects to the helpdesk

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record of working in commercial building
• Knowledge of Fabric maintenance ideally with at least 1 years experience
• Health and Safety conscious
• Ability to work well within a team as well as proactively on your own
• Well-presented and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Basic level of MS Word and Excel
