• Regular true-up of FND and wider Fibre Build plans – identifying plans passed delivery date with no RFS, and working with programme leads to overcome and address to ensure our customers are being presented with correct data on the Openreach Fibre Checker

• Own complaint investigation

• Identify risks/opportunities to plan through detailed data insights and analytics (including multiple metric data trends), set actions to address/capitalise, and maintain a thorough register

• Support the design and delivery of the deployment plan across all Fibre Build programmes nationally, through trajectory mapping, insights into plan viability (eg, level of ‘complexity’ in proposed plans, CPP projections etc)

• Translating complex data sets into simple and consumable outputs to enable the wider CMO Planning team to use in a “Plug ‘n’Play” manner

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Analytical experience and ability to respond quickly, collect, collate and analyse information, draw a meaningful conclusion and outline options for the business

• An expert in their field – with experience of and credibility in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders

• Strong technical knowledge of Openreach products, services and networks, particularly FTTP

• Excellent data modelling skills, ideally through the use of SQL (datalabs), Python and Excel

• Ability to lead a remote team and matrix-manage across teams
