Key Function & Accountabilities  

• Create and post requisitions in the applicant tracking system (Taleo)
• Prepare new candidate files for interviews (print interview questionnaires, initial screenings, etc.) 
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and assessments, including coordinating interviewers and booking meeting rooms 
• Backup phone screen interviews as required
• Coordinate with YUL & YVR interviewers to book interviews as required
• Administer MMPI; Setup, brief, and monitor all assessments; Facilitate the “interview day”
• Print and file all assessment results
• Update Taleo at each stage; Send correspondence as required
• Update Applicants Called Log
• Submit security forms for clearance to Garda
• Book medical appointments; Liase with medical departments to ensure availability of slots and timely completion of P/E medicals
• Send all required documents to Employee Care Team or language department for new hire courses
• Complete flight arrangements as necessary for both interviews, medicals, and secondary psychological evaluations 
• Provide timely follow-up communication to candidates regarding employment and interview status
• Filing, as required
• Conduct interviews 
• Back-up the Pilot Recruitment Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an administrative support role (previous HR and interviewing experience considered a valuable asset).
• Strong team player
• Advanced communication skills
• Customer service focused
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm
• Detail oriented, focused on quality results and on-time deliverables 
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office) required
  

Education: 

College level diploma or higher an asset.
