About the role:You will be working closely with a workshop manager, carrying out general labouring requirements. These include, but not limited to:

• Driving heavy steel tubes into the ground at the right depth
• Pre-cast concrete piling into the ground
• Installing mini piles where needed
• Use hoisting equipment to position piling leads and hammers

Relevant Skills, Training and Experience:

• Previous experience would be an advantage
• Minimum of a restricted license
• Ability to communicate effectively both technically and professionally
• Knowledge of Health and Safety
• A General understanding of NZ Codes of Practise
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications and job requirements
• Ability to complete projects on time and within budget
