Job Description and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Mainly responsible for developing targeted new end user aggressively in the package gas business, increasing the customer quantity and density, to keep the package gas business growing continuously in the territory. Assist the inside sales team and other support team to maintain customer relationship. Responsible for actively making sales calls, developing prospects, offering gas supply solutions, and take charge in commercial negotiations and contract signings to achieve the sales target.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Entry level position with minimum 2 years sales experience.
2. 4 years degree from accredited university preferred.
3. Technical and application background on welding, analyzer application, semiconductor is preferred; Sales experience in industrial products, is preferred.
4. Competent computer skills in microsoft office and emails.
5. Ability to make 4 sales calls at least per day in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
7. Must be a creative, organized, proactive self-starter to develop, plan, win support, and implement sales strategy with limited guidance.
8. Result-oriented and strong ability to work under pressure.
9. Positive attitude and good teamwork.
10. Driving skill is mandatory
