About you

Process driven, keen to learn and highly self-motivated, you’ll have strong retail experience, ideally in a big department store or luxury fashion. You must also be confident, resilient, and able to hold your own in a sometimes challenging environments. You must thrive working in a fast-paced environment during pressuring situations. You’ll be discreet and professional, you’ll confidently meet and greet clients, always aiming to provide outstanding customer service. In this role, you’ll ensure that the department and team are always portrayed as professional, courteous, approachable and efficient. With a clearly understanding about the Store security procedures, you’ll be aware of all areas and products within the business and actively keep abreast of our competitors. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally well organised and thrive in an environment which requires that you think on your feet.
