My client is a growing bank who are recruting for a personal banker based in Ascot, QLD.

Your duties;

• Support the Branch team to achieve Sales, Service and operational outcomes.
• Effectively manage Membership needs and enquiries.
• Provide information to members regarding all Bank products and services.
• Cash handling and management including accurately processing transactions and balancing.
• Resolve member queries and complaints and refer when required.
• Actively cross sell all the Bank's Products and Services.
• Provide quality specialist referrals to the Wealth Management team.
• Provide lending referrals to the Lending Specialists.
• Assist members with all electronic banking and digital requirements.
• Make outbound calls to new and prospective members.

Your responsibilities

• Understand and foster the Bank’s values and culture
• Meet performance standards established under Core Capabilities
• Maintain service standards
• Compliance with internal policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct
• Follow and abide by statutory requirements
• Successfully complete all required training within designated timeframes
• Immediately report all injuries, illnesses and other WHS incidents
