Personal Assistant to Director (11088)

The Director of Barnardo's Children's Services for Cymru & South West is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support daily on all administration duties. Main tasks include diary and meeting management, minute taking, file and spreadsheet management and travel booking and invoice processing. There will also be some event organisation required. Experience in creating and hosting virtual meetings is desirable, especially during the current climate. It would also be beneficial if you are a fluent Welsh speaker, but this is not essential.

 This position will be mainly home based with the successful candidate being able to travel easily to our Cardiff and Swansea offices when the need arises. There will be some occasional travel across the whole region required which may also include overnight stays.

 This is a full time position, but hours may be negotiable for the right candidate. A job share may also be considered if the candidates are suitable and have relevant experience.
