You must have excellent communication and relationship-buildingskills, as you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and attempt to raise the department’s profile throughout the Store. You will be discreet and professional, you will confidently meet and greet clients, always aiming to provide outstanding customer service.

Excellent attention to detail is key, as you will ensure that paperwork is completed accurately and promptly in order to adequately support the business, as well as ensuring that stock management and organisation is maintained and correct. You will also gain exposure to the role of a Private Shopper by assisting during appointments.
