The opportunity
We have an exciting 12-month, temporary full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic, forward thinking Partnerships team.
As a Partnerships Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding services delivered by the broader Information & Records Management team, to create a meaningful service catalogue and develop regular reporting which monitors delivery and provides insights into areas for improvements.
Reporting will also cover project initiatives which support the TfNSW cluster, keeping senior leaders informed of progress in project deliverables.
This role contributes and supports technology initiatives through research and presentation of technical solutions both within Information & Records Management and to all clients at all levels within TfNSW.
Key accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive service catalogue for Information Management across the cluster, with clear accountabilities, service levels, KPIs, escalations and reporting
• Provide detailed regular reporting of metrics against KPIs, highlighting areas of exceptional service, and where improvement can be made
• Analyse monthly reports to identify areas for improvement and propose changes to provide better client service
• Identify and develop technical solutions to both short term tactical and long-term strategic issues of system users.
• Work with stakeholders at all levels of the business to understand service delivery ‘pain points’ and drive continuous improvement of processes and technology
• Partner across Transport to ensure linkages to standard services and technologies for service delivery, to ensure a seamless approach for clients
• Develop targeted analysis of current service provisions and performance ensuring that suggestions for process improvement/service delivery are linked to both optimised scheduling, planning and staff engagement.
• Work as part of a team, mentoring other teams members and collaborating to share knowledge and learning
• Assist in the research, collation and coordination high-level reports and responses.

• Confident presenter to clients at all levels within Transport
• Advanced Microsoft365 knowledge, skills and experience working with Teams and SharePoint
• You can deliver under pressure and secure input from busy people across the branch to meet deadlines. You are a collaborator but always looking to how we can do things better and implementing improved processes
• The role operates with autonomy in determining day to day work priorities within the context of an agreed work plan and in making associated decisions in relation to content
