About You
You will be suitably qualified to a minimum City and Guilds Painting and Decoration with experience in all aspects of painting and decoration. We expect you to have secondary experience in other fabric trades including but not limited to carpentry, tiling, roof repairs, flooring and locksmith tasks and be fully conversant with all BS and relevant regulations. You will attend meetings, presentations, toolbox talks and discussions regarding day-to-day activities, projects and other matters as requested.
Working on shifts (nights) and amongst a wider team, you must be confident, self-motivated, keen, and eager to learn, able to communicate clearly with others with flexibility to accommodate and support your team and business. You will be confident to respond reactively to faults and be able to work on your own initiative and make quick and accurate decisions.
