Your Role:

You will be responsible for leading large transactional teams, with up to 2 Team Leaders as direct reports and managing various internal stakeholders within ASDA at all levels.

As we migrate away from Wal-Mart and their systems, you will be integral in the delivery of the change program and therefore the role requires an individual who is confident in change and stakeholder management, is good at anticipating and cutting-through issues, can be decisive in decision-making and is resilient.

As well as supporting the integration of the new systems you will have day to day responsibilities of ensuring delivery of key metrics, ensuring we are compliant to our various financial and compliance controls and responsible for developing a strong quality and innovative environment.

• Qualified: ACA/CIMA/ACCA (not essential)
