The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Engineering professional with a strong understanding of standards related to fleet electrical systems, to support the development and management of engineering standards and strategic asset management frameworks across Transport.
This role will see you providing technical input and asset management advice on the management of multi-modal technical standards (including concessions and non-conformances against compliance requirements) to enable the safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of assets.
About you
As a senior engineer with demonstrated expertise in the field of fleet electrical services, you will have an in-depth understanding of codes of practice, standards, regulatory legislation relating to the operations, design, and maintenance for this engineering discipline.
You will be consultative in your approach when delivering technical advice and direction to various stakeholders within Transport or to our external partners. The ability to perform advanced investigations and present findings with in-depth analysis will play a key part to deliver the best results for our customers. You will also need to be able to work/visit other TfNSW sites to support the business where required.
Salary and Benefits
This is a Transport Professional Engineer Grade C position ($142,178 to $159,238 per year, plus superannuation and leave loading)
