Part time role: 3 days a week

Hybrid working preferred (office based in Waterloo); remote will be considered if we’re a match made in heaven.

Initial 6 month contract.

Role available immediately.

 

The role

This role will be integral to our performance marketing activity in the UK & US. You’ll be reporting into our Marketing Manager and will work closely with our Head of Brand Strategy who together, will help guide the way. However, we’re looking for someone with the confidence and experience to come in and own our paid activity too.

We’ve been successfully running performance marketing activity for the last eighteen months with an agency, but we feel now is the time to bring someone in-house to strengthen our marketing initiatives across the board. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes data.

Supported by a small but mighty marketing team, you’ll join our weekly campaigns meeting so we can make sure all marketing activity works cohesively together. If you think you’re the right fit, we can’t wait to hear from you!

About you

  • At least three year’s experience in a similar role
  • Data driven
  • Experience in creating, developing and implementing effective paid marketing strategies across search, display and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experienced Google Analytics user
  • Confident in advising ad spend budgets 
  • Astute in developing ROI reports on monthly ad spend 
  • Worked with multiple ad platforms, ideally: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Criteo
  • Up to date with current paid advertising trends and optimisation techniques
  • Retail / ecommerce background
  • Ideally, experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Exposure to email campaign + flow creation preferred
  • Start-up experience (not a must)
  • Confident working cross-functionally
  • Team player
  • Ability to manage own workload / deadlines efficiently
  • Happy working independently and as a team
  • Top communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial instincts
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree (not essential) 

The key part of this role are (but not limited to):

  • Creating, rolling out and optimising all paid ad activity
  • Directly reporting into our Marketing Manager and working closely with our Head of Brand Strategy
  • Implement, execute and report on all ad content cross-platforms
  • Work occasionally across our owned channels, particularly Klaviyo
  • Advise best metrics to assess ad performance
  • Build custom audiences for campaigns
  • Devising and building A/B tests
  • Track weekly and monthly KPIs to identify trends, opportunities and improvement for performance (google data studio preferred)
  • Take a proactive approach to improving performance across all ad activity
  • Manage Klaviyo and Shopify ad integrations, using the data to inform activity
  • Closely manage budgets
  • Monitor and adjust bids to gain better ROI on activity 
  • Assist on development of campaign ideation and creative for paid and organic campaigns with the wider marketing team
  • Support on email campaign creation in Klaviyo

You must have the ability to work in the UK. This is a part time role (3 days a week) on an initial 6 month contract.
