Engineius’ goal is simple: to make vehicle movement easy. We are on our way to creating the leading end to end movement solution in the UK for our customers (such as Hertz and The AA), delivered by our network of 500+ drivers and transport agents across the UK.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate People & Talent Assistant who will have the opportunity to work across multiple elements of the employee experience lifecycle.

As well as helping our people thrive and maintain our amazing culture, this role will be pivotal in helping us discover the best talent there is and oversee our people related administration and advisory duties.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle: new starters, leavers, employee changes and other employee related administration. As well as:
    • Attract, source, pre-screen and onboard candidates – managing multiple positions at any one time, across different functions
    • Collaborate closely with our management team to translate their requirements into an effective hiring brief
    • Create, deliver and manage a 5* preboarding and onboarding program to ensure our colleagues are well-integrated and set up for success
  • In this challenging market, traditional methods of hiring is not enough so you will use your initiative to think of creative ways to source the best talent.
  • Own the operational processes of our benefits and well-being programmes, advising how we can develop these as we move forward on our journey
  • Maintain and update our company policies as we scale
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation by being the first point of contact for all employee and manager queries
  • Maintain accurate people information, including organisation charts, comms, HR database, ATS and our website
  • Lead and support the people team with ongoing activities and projects as and when required e.g. diversity initiatives, awareness days, social events
  • General office management and related administration
  • As the company grows, the scope of the role will naturally evolve and will lead to further developmental opportunities
