An exciting opportunity has arisen in the People and Culture team. As a P&C Administrator you will provide HR and administration support to the Store Management team. Together with the rest of the People & Culture team, you will take responsibility for end to end recruitment, induction, and supporting the coaching and development of our colleagues; enabling them to deliver the best possible customer experience.
With the ability to communicate at all levels you will be the first point of contact for all our employees and be knowledgeable in many areas of HR in order to provide accurate and timely advice and support to our colleagues. You will also support the day to day running of the department including payroll completion and queries, filing and general office duties.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Suitable candidates must demonstrate an enthusiastic and passionate approach to working in a busy Human Resources department, coupled with demonstrating proven leadership skills, and exemplary time-keeping and attendance.
High level of computer literacy skills are essential and proficiency with Microsoft computer packages (including EXCEL) are desirable.
