The Role

The main purpose is to collate, analyse and process customer claim applications in an efficient and professional manner, whilst ensuring total compliance of all business processes, procedures and practices. This position forms an integral part of our National Control Centre Team (NCC). 

This role is suited to someone with a previous background in claims, insurance or customer services.

As a result of promotions within the business, we have a vacancy in our claims team for a vibrant new team member to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

Experience Needed

  • An in-depth knowledge of the freighting industry, and relevant applicable legislative requirements.
  • Training can be provided for suitable candidates, however it is preferred that you have a previous background in claims, insurance or Customer Services (Call Centre).

Skills Needed

  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally with people from different backgrounds and roles.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills including the ability to work well under pressure to achieve all deadlines, and produce results.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy, including experience using standard Microsoft Applications (primarily Outlook, Excel and Word), experience using Salesforce applications would be an advantage.
  • Proactive at seeking solutions to any problems that may arise
