• $90-100k p.a./$80-100 per hour

I am currently recruiting a Senior Payroll Advisor, to assist our Porirua based client with end-to-end payruns and BAU. This is to cover a Payroll Manager who is working on a secondment, upgrading SAP and HR systems.

Duties Include:

• Manage end-to-end payruns using SAP, answering queries regarding Payroll and legislation
• Deliver end of month reporting, building strong relationships across Finance and HR teams
• Apply and update knowledge of relevant legislation to BAU situations
• Create, maintain and update current process documentation
• Assist with HR administration, across loading new hires, terminations etc
• Calculation of ACC, KiwiSaver, PAYE and other leave balances

What We Are Looking For:

• An experienced Payroll professional, with knowledge across all aspects of Payroll
• Ability to lead by example, be a positive role model for the team and build effective relationships
• Knowledge of SAP, or other relevant Payroll processing systems is preferred
