Full Time Payroll Team Leader–UPS Feltham
37.5 hours perweek , Hours from 08.30am – 17.00pm , Monday to Friday
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Payroll and lead the payroll team. This will include Pension Auto Enrolment, RTI processing and Reconciliation of the Payroll Reports. Understanding of grossing up pay for processing Mortgage Allowances.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will also include calculation of overtime, shift pay, location allowance and manual calculation of pay for leavers and new starters.
You will be updating files with Tax, NI, Bank Account Information etc. directly inputting into the HR Information System. Dealing with employees over the telephone, answering queries corresponding with HMRC and working to tight deadlines.
The individual should have the ability of calculating previous year’s Tax & NI, work on their own initiative and have the ability to liaise with Managers at all levels.
You will have a minimum 2 year’s Payroll experience.
Key Skills and Experience:
Work well under pressure
Have a flexible approach to work to meet deadlines
Knowledge of P11D’s reporting
Have experience with form P46 (Car)
Excel and Word skills is a must
Security and total confidentiality a pre-requisite
