About the Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
End to end full function payroll processing from Masterfile through to eft payments, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles
Correct calculations of payments including but not limited to redundancies, back pays and adjustments
PAYG payments in a timely manner
Superannuation reconciliation, notification of allocation & payments to all choice of funds
Third party payments such as garnishee, CSA & union deductions payments and notification of allocation of bodies
Payroll Tax reconciliation
Accurate award interpretation
NES Compliance
Accurate EBA interpretation
Maintenance of T&A (Mitrefinch) and payroll (Rockfast) system
Month end reporting
Assist with payroll projects
WGEA annual report data analysis
Responding to all emails and phone calls within SLA’s
About you:
5 years + experience in all functions of Payroll
Rockfast experience - highly desirable not essential
Strong analytical skills
Payroll Tax experience
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
Attention to detail
Comprehensive payroll knowledge
