Job Description

Outstanding opportunity for experienced Payroll Officer to join HCA. 

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is the leading healthcare recruitment solutions provider of nursing staff, aged care workers and medical specialist placements in Australia with operations in every state and territory. The role primarily involves processing and providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to employees using multiple payroll systems, coding of timesheets, data entry of payroll and office administration tasks including liaison with clients and employees via email and phone. This role must be undertaken by someone who is willing to take responsibility for their work, will demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in our company and is dedicated and hardworking.

Reporting to the Payroll Team Manager, this role will be challenging yet rewarding for a person who likes to be kept busy and thrives on responsibility with attention to detail and accuracy. A minimum of two years’ payroll experience with demonstrated experience in the use of different payroll systems is desired.

Skills and experience required:

Previous experience in a payroll position

Microsoft Office suite proficiency with intermediate aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel

Well developed interpersonal, communication and organisation skills

Effective communication and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentially on information at all times

A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries and;

A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
