The opportunity:
icare is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant with a commercial mindset and a passion for social impact to join the icare team.
Coordinate and control the flow of information to the payroll system to ensure that it is accurate and complete
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary from $99k + super
It’s an exciting environment where no two days are the same. But on a typical day you might find yourself:
Resolving/answering queries relating to payroll across the organisation.
Ensuring salaries and wages are distributed accurately and on time as per relevant awards, individual employment agreements and other legislative requirements.
Interpreting awards/agreements/contracts/policies and communicating these to employees in a simple and concise way.
Preparing, balancing and reconciling payroll tax, PAYG tax, superannuation and group certificates.
Undertaking required statutory reporting
Your story so far:
Tertiary level qualification in finance or accounting or equivalent skills and knowledge acquired through practical experience.
Well-developed understanding and experience using SuccessFactors (SAP) payroll system.
A team member who operates with collaborative behaviours.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Proven payroll processing and coordination experience.
