Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Payroll Clerk to join their task-oriented team for a contract opportunity.

As the Payroll Clerk your day to day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to:

• Processing bi-weekly payroll
• Auditing payroll system
• Entering and updating any payroll changes
• Creating and maintaining a payroll manual
• Creating an onboarding process
• Tracking vacation and pulling reports
• Year end
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

Put your talents to the test as a Payroll Clerk with our client. The successful Payroll Clerk will possess the following:

• 1+ years of previous payroll experience
• Previous experience with Payworks
• Experience with system implementations and auditing
• Intermediate experience with Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Available to start immediately
