We are looking for the right sales stars interested in the opportunity to join our Call Centre team based in our Hamilton store. You will be the first point of contact for customer phone queries.

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions
• Building sustainable relationships and engaging with customers by going the extra mile
• Seizing opportunities to up-sell products when they arise

To be considered for this role, you will be expected to demonstrate:

• Great Customer Service and Selling skills
• Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Experience or interest in Spotlight products to assist our customers
• Up-selling and add on selling skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Frequent positive customer interaction
