About us

Harrods is synonymous with luxury, and our Legal team is an essential part of the fabric of our business. Finally, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the needs or preferences of both the Legal and HR teams, supporting day-to-day employment matters, projects and initiatives as well as supporting the wider Legal team function.

More specifically we’re looking for someone with:

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service when dealing with both internal and external parties

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task and meet short deadlines where required
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to employment law as well as an unwavering commitment to Harrods' values

Our promise to you

We pride ourselves on challenging conventional thinking and making the impossible possible. If you share our positive approach, this is a career move that will open doors for you. You’ll gain experience across the business.

For our part, we’ll recognise your ideas with excellent opportunities for long-term career progress, plus a strong package. This includes generous pension and life insurance, staff discounts of up to 33% on Harrods’ products, 25 days’ holiday and your birthday off.

Uniquely You

At Harrods we believe the personality and authenticity of our people sets us apart.  We celebrate and invite applications from all cultures, backgrounds, tastes and experiences and are proud of our culture where people from all walks of life can grow and thrive.  What makes you unique makes us exceptional.
