We are looking for gold star candidates, who want to join a fast-growing, up and coming company within the financial services industry. Based in Auckland CBD, close to Britomart this is not your usual dark, dank contact centre. 

As the first point of contact your responsibilities will include:

• Outbound calls following up on leads generated by online advertising
• Book appointments between customers and financial advisors
• Meet KPI's (measured by quantity, quality and team goals)
• Build strong relationships across the business using effective communication
• Contribute to the AWESOME team culture... heaps of team social events such as whale watching, pub quizzes and many more!

Our client isn't a typical corporate, internal development and career progression is at the heart of the business. They will also pay for you to complete your Level 5 in Financial Services, and an achievable monthly bonus scheme is available for meeting KPI's!

If you have a successful track record of working in a role where similar attributes were necessary then this is the role for you. Previous call centre experience is not essential, but customer based experience is a definite bonus.
