OSS Run is a team of technically competent OSS Operations Specialists supporting OSS Operations to provide proactive Incident Resolution, Service Request fulfilment, working to the ITIL framework
What will you be doing?
The OSS Operations team of technology professionals manage and effectively operate the systems within the Converged Network arena. We are looking for a dynamic & proactive individual who can support the increasing demand for automation and transformation activities within Technology operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality OSS into Operations in conjunction with delivery teams, providing subject matter expertise in one or more key OSS and driving operational improvement. The ambition being to drive a step change in Digital, customer service centric OSS Operations. Duties Include:
