We are recruiting for an organised, collaborative and goal-orientated Operations Manager who wants to be part of a fast-moving technology business.

Key Responsibilities:

- managing on the ground operations and own the operations performance, continually assess and improve on the operational efficiency of the ground teams

- Work closely with HR partners to deliver an excellent and efficient service to all clients and ensure the efficiency and quality processing around hiring, training and managing the company's field teams.

- Work closely with the technical teams to leverage where technology can with assist in-country and global scale of Operations.

- Accountable for providing a high standard, digital surveying service to customers, surveying and documenting properties, interior spaces and other large assets.

- Interacting with customers and their clients to offer a flawless service and act as an ambassador for the company.

- Managing and arranging access of buildings with multiple customers whilst working around tricky operational obstacles such as building occupation and operational hours.

- Manage 3rd party suppliers such as mobile data providers

- Manage all hardware and equipment needs for the teams

- Support, as needed, any office administration.
