Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing data tables and merging sets of data to uncover business intelligence insights and help evolve our processes.
  • Experience in agency management, managing resources and finances in accordance with business needs.
  • Experience with media in the EMEA region.

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Operations Manager for Media Lab in EMEA, you will ensure that we are able to execute flawlessly on our media ambitions, that our day-to-day activities continue to run smoothly, and that we are able to track all of our media activities accurately.

You will also manage our media agencies and ensure optimum impact at scale. You'll work with Googlers all across EMEA marketing as well agencies in multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Media Lab projects across disciplines to identify opportunities to them together and leverage the best of our work.
  • Oversee our media agencies day-to-day work and help them go beyond quick fixes to long-term, forward thinking solutions.
  • Manage our cross-agency workforce and partner with our vendor operations team to ensure utilization of vendor workers and process to manage across media disciplines.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Marketing Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams for media agency compensation and discussions.
  • Manage media operations across EMEA and coordinate with the global Media Operations team.
