You will have a high level of ownership and autonomy to make a difference, working cross functionally with tech, retail and marketing colleagues to implement projects across all customer fulfilment and checkout channels, that will step change the customer and colleague experience.
The Development Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering a series of new operational initiatives and back-end capability for our Digital Operations, including Groceries Online and the in-store Check Out experience. We are seeking to enhance our customer proposition significantly and at pace as well as making sure we have the right operational processes and systems/tools to enable us to do this.
To be successful in this role you must have experience managing end-to-end delivery of change projects and a working knowledge of Retail/eCommerce operations and technology.
