Our team are looking for a skilled coordinator to jump on board. Part time or full-time option. Delivering top quality operations support for both our Napier and Whakatu depots, you will be the go-to person for our Operations and Sales team.

The role

• Manage customer queries, including answer phones/emails, and coordinating general enquiries.
• Support the operations and the wider team with various operational and administrative duties.
• Administrative reporting, including overseeing the coordination of route audits, fuel sheet reporting and vehicle licensing.
• Weekly banking and daily processing of driver's timesheet data and backcosting.
• Support of rostering school runs and charters.
• Ordering and processing of staff uniforms, stationary and other depot supplies.
• Support of rostering driver and vehicles.
• Foster a proactive Health and Safety culture by assisting with committee meetings and supporting our team to comply with standards.

About you

• Excellent communicator and enjoys talking to people.
• Able to multi-task with strong administrative and organisation abilities.
• Computer savvy, and comfortable using new systems and software.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
