We're looking for an Operational Policy Lead to join our Standards and Regulations team. The team plays a key role in EECA's efforts to mobilise New Zealanders to be leaders in clean and clever energy use.
As the Operational Policy Lead, you'll be responsible for the development of standards and regulations operational policy in support of the trans-Tasman Equipment Energy Efficiency Programme. You'll be a skilled policy analyst, a highly effective communicator, and a relationship builder - who can negotiate and represent our interests to the Australian Commonwealth and jurisdictions, as well as a wide range of NZ agencies and industry bodies.
You'll also have the following:
Industry knowledge of lighting, appliances, product design or electrical engineering would be an advantage, but not essential.
