Job Description
This position will be predominantly onsite to ensure we deliver exceptional service and support to our clients and employees.
ideally, you will have previous blue collar recruitment / account management experience, be dedicated and driven to achieve the best results.
Role Description
You will be required, but not limited to the following duties:
- Onsite presence which requires a high level commitment & dedication
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
- Manage employee performance via KPI's
- Rostering as per clients requirements
- proactive approach to safe work practices
- Schedule interviews and inductions for short listed applicants
- Talent search, screening & short listing suitable applicants
- customer satisfaction and delivery
- Providing accurate reporting to management and stakeholders
- Conducting onsite toolbox talks with employees
- Attend to your clients requests with efficiency and accuracy
- Data entry of candidate files and reporting for clients where necessary
Successful applicant will possess:
- a dedicated and driven approach to their work
- ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Previous experience within blue collar recruitment and onsite management
- strong time management and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and work in a fast warehouse environment
- strong focus on WHS and safe work practices
- Excellent customer service skills both internal and external
- sound administrative skills
- Flexibility as there will be early morning starts and a some after hours work where required.
